Terms of use

These terms govern use of mentisbeacon.click and appointments with Mentis Beacon, the reading room at the address published on the contact page. The business was established in 2021. By using the site or reserving a chair, you accept these terms.

The service

Mentis Beacon provides in-person study sittings about SOL and Solana network fees: a window-desk session, a Saturday table, and a return reading. A sitting explains how a fee and a held balance appear on a receipt or a library sample. Decisions about buying, selling, holding, or sending SOL remain with the visitor.

Bookings

A request sent through the contact form or by email is an inquiry. A chair is reserved only when we confirm it by email and state the fee. Rates on the pricing page are informational. The website has no checkout. The confirmed email states the bank details for the sitting fee.

Your conduct in the room

Visitors bring printed receipts if they wish and leave seed phrases and private keys at home. Recording the Saturday table, copying library samples for a class outside the room, and occupying the desk beyond the booked time are outside the appointment. We may end a sitting if a visitor asks staff to hold keys or to send a transaction.

Intellectual property

Worksheet layouts, drawer notes, lamport cards, and the text and photographs on this site belong to Mentis Beacon unless a page says otherwise. You may keep the worksheet you marked during your sitting, including notes about your own receipt. You may not reprint the worksheet packet or the library samples for distribution.

Site content

Journal pages describe the method we use at the desk. Fee figures such as the base signature fee of 5,000 lamports per signature are teaching figures used in the room and can be checked against the receipt in front of you. Network conditions change. The site is a record of how we read a page, and a live fee market can differ from an older journal note.

Liability

Study sittings and journal notes describe the structure of a fee on a receipt. Mentis Beacon is not liable for losses from transactions you send, from fees you attach after a visit, or from decisions you make about SOL. Liability for a sitting itself is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting, except where Korean law does not allow a limit.

Acceptable use of the website

You may use the site to read about the room and to request a chair. You may not attempt to break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers, or present Mentis Beacon materials as your own class. The contact form is for booking messages. Please keep card numbers and identity documents out of that form.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Gyeonggi-do, Korea, except where a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. A sitting already confirmed by email keeps the cancellation terms that were linked at the time of confirmation.
