Why two transfers of the same SOL can show different fees
A priority fee is an amount the sender attaches on top of the signature fee. The Saturday table uses one pair of samples to show where it sits.
The SOL that stays in an account
A rent-exempt balance is SOL an account holds so it can keep its data. It is a different fact from the fee paid to process a transaction.
