People who already send or hold SOL and want the network fee on a real receipt pulled apart into signature, priority, and the balance an account keeps. The sitting suits a first careful reading. Traders, accountants, and family members who have been handed a printout all use the same desk.
You leave with your own marked copy: the base signature fee in lamports, any priority fee, and a separate note for SOL that is held so an account can exist. The librarian keeps no copy of your receipt.

Fixed fee for the sitting. Payment is arranged by bank transfer after we confirm the chair by email. This page lists the figure so you can plan.
Write with the date you prefer and whether you will bring a printed signature. We confirm the chair by email within two working days and send the transfer details for the sitting fee.
Bring a printed transaction if you have one. Leave seed phrases and private keys at home. If you have no printout, we take a sample from drawer A or drawer B.
We read the signature count first. The base network fee on Solana is 5,000 lamports per signature. One SOL is 1,000,000,000 lamports, so the base line is a thin slice of a SOL. A second signature doubles that base.
If the sender attached a priority fee, we place it in the middle column and note the compute-unit price and the compute-unit limit printed on the receipt. We describe how those two figures meet. We do not tell you what price to attach next time.
SOL required for an account to remain rent-exempt is marked in the third column. It is a balance the account keeps, related to how much data the account stores. It is a different fact from the fee paid to process the transaction.
The marked worksheet is yours. The sitting ends when the three columns are filled for that one receipt, or at seventy-five minutes, whichever comes first.
Optional: a printed Solana transaction from a block explorer, folded so the signature and fee lines are visible. A pencil is on the desk if you forget one. No files on a USB stick, and no screen-sharing.
One visitor occupies the desk. The room reads a past receipt; it does not watch a live wallet. Sessions run Tuesday to Friday, and the last sitting starts at 16:45 so the room can close at 18:00. English is the language of the worksheet.
Name the session in the form and add a date if you have one. We reply within two working days.
